We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days from date of ordering. However, it can be longer during extremely busy periods.

Delivery is £3.50 and usually arrives 2-3 days after dispatch date. 

IF YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES DAMAGED PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PARCEL AS WE CANNOT ACCEPT CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED PARCELS ONCE YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THE DAMAGED PARCEL FROM THE COURIER. 

We take care to package your products so they arrive with you undamaged, however if your parcel is intact, but the products inside arrive damaged, please notify us by email to welshscenthomefragrance@gmail.com within 72 hours of the parcel being received, to advise us that you would like to make a claim for damages.
